Deposit :

• Deposit of 25% of the rental amount
• The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.

Cancellation 

• No penalty for cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival date
• For cancellations 30 days prior to arrival, 25 % of the total booking amount must be paid.

A €1,000 deposit is required on arrival.
